While Rokas was here in Korea to visit me I was also managed to finally register as an artist for portrait drawing corner in Hongdae Saturday artist market. It was harder than hard boiled egg. Paper --> face, paper --> face, paper --> face... that's all you manage to see in those six hours. But before we started I drew a portrait for Rokas (evil me, haven't even given it to him yet) and it was like a blast for new conception of portraits, an idea to draw people together with their favourite animals or one of 12 Chinese year guardians.
So, if you ever been to Hongdae district in Seoul you might now how fun it is to get lost among all those little similar streets full with awesome unique cloth or shoes store (fit to every tastes from girls who love just flat shoes to teenagers who search for a more rocky, punk or goth garments), cute cafes with deliciuos belgium chocolates or english cheese cakes, art galleries and everything else you would have ever wished for. I you ever happen to pass by, there's a new unique design t-shirt shop called "artisstar" on one of those streets. There, on the second floor, you can also find high quality T's or hoodies with my funny rabbit designs as well.

Long time no update, eh, lazy me...
Had a week of vacations and submerged myself in The Art.
Actually, decided to finish up one idea I had in mind since graduation:
to use my Grey City as a vast movie shooting location.
Now pilled up with digital editing, but I am working on it, not just talking about how great it will be ;)))
Guess what? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
I am also a writer.
You shouldn't be. :)
“Mark found runaway Philip in the cafeteria. It was kind of creepy how he was sitting all alone in a very crowded area. Just if he had some unseen aura of a freak that chases everyone away. Mark took first menu dish without even looking and walked to Philip. He sat down. Philip kept silent although Mark surely knew that he was spotted. Mark looked at what he was going to eat. It was unclear salad with fish pieces. He could swear he saw an eye in it. Never mind.”
Lastly my schedule looked like a hell. It still does but less. You might laugh when I say "too many trips", "too many events", "too many creations". Yes, it's actually never never enough of those things. Even lifespan is too short to get fed up with these. But sometimes a lazy weekend with movies while not moving an inch from your bed is the best vacation ever.
So what was going on lately?
The premier of the movie "Papi goes to 떡집" (떡집 [tteokchib] is a small traditional shop which sells rice cakes) is going to be just around the corner, on November 8th, 2012. Just after the start of Christmas season preparations in all supermarkets, cinema theaters and eating places around all over the world you will get a chance to see nice warm cheerful movie with a reminiscence to happy past summer days.
While fans are waiting for first screenings we had a chance to look throughout the filming site and ask few questions to the main stars.
My arts are a piece of my life.
